Quikr Discussion Forum Usage Policy & Code of Conduct

Thanks for using the new Discussion Forum. We request all the community members to abide by the following Policies and Code of Conduct.

The objective of the Quikr Discussion Forum is to enable and facilitate the Quikr community to interact, discuss and help each other. The Discussion Forum Usage Policy ("Forum Usage Policy") lays down the broad framework and guidelines for Quikr users to follow and adhere to while using www.quikr.com (" Quikr / Site"). The Discussion Forum Usage Policy ("Forum Usage Policy") shall be in addition to the Quikr Terms of Use and Listing Policy and shall be deemed to have been incorporated by way of reference.

If any of the provisions of the Discussion Forum Usage Policy ("Forum Usage Policy") contradicts the provisions of the Quikr Terms of Use, a harmonious interpretation shall be provided to enable the enforcement of the primary objectives of www.quikr.com (" Quikr / Site").

Eligibilty:

Only persons aged 18 or over may post on the forums, without regard to whether an * actually owns the registration or parental/guardian permission.

Forum Usage Policy and Code of Conduct:

Postings that are inappropriate, indecent or illegal in nature shall lead to immediate post removal or a warning or blocking of a user from using www.quikr.com (Quikr/ Site).

You, the User shall not:

* Post any material that in any way violates the Quikr Terms of Use and the Quikr Listing Policy. (the "Listing Policy")

* Encourage others to violate Quikr Listing Policy(the "Listing Policy") or the Quikr Terms of Use.

* Post any material (through or by any medium) containing profanity, vulgarity, hate speech, or threats of violence

* Post material (through or by any medium) graphic, text or otherwise that is obscene, pornographic or rated as * or (A) by Government authorities, or otherwise banned under the laws of Republic of India.

* Post any messages that are likely to create any kind of religious, political, communal controversy or discord or create/ generate any anti-national sentiments.

* Advertise any products, services or commercial web sites on the discussion forum. (Kindly use the post ad section for the same)
Post items that are subject matter of copyright, trademark or any other intellectual property rights without the permission of the rights owner.

* Use any scripting language that may interfere with site operations

* Post chain letters, virus warnings, flames, pyramid schemes, and messages out of context, the purpose of which is solely to generate traffic to another site.

* Post any usernames or user profiles deemed objectionable by Quikr and may result in deletion of the post at our discretion without notice or explanation.

Any other inappropriate postings not listed above may also warrant warning, removal or blocking. Quikr reserves the right to remove any post without any warning or notice or explanation.

Disclaimer:

* Quikr * no responsibility for the content / information/ opinions/ comments of other users on the Site and any resultant acts of omission and commission that may directly or indirectly affect the users of the site. Quikr is not under any obligation to review every forum and post. (Quikr expects that every user behaves in a mature, courteous and thoughtful manner while posting on our forums.)

* Quikr does not control the information available in the discussion forums and that any opinions, advice, statements, services, offers or other information or content presented on any forum are those of their respective authors who are solely liable for their content. Please note that we cannot confirm the veracity of any poster's identity. (i.e. we make no gurantees that any poster is who or what they say they are).

* We at this forum also reserve the right to reveal your identity (or whatever information we know about you) in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by you.

* Messages posted on the Quikr Discussion Forum by the community members are solely the opinion and responsibility of the person posting the message.

Helpful Information:

* Report any discussion post that violates Quikr Policies or is illlegal by email to support@quikr.com and help keep the platform safe. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within our reasonable time frame, if we determine that the removal is necessary.

* We would request you to continue using our exisitng Customer Support channel and contact us at support@quikr.com for any specific site related issue. However, if you still wish to highlight some issue to all community members, feel free to write about it.
